Mr. Grajeda is a Senior Finance Analyst at Northlight Capital Partners. He is responsible for assisting with financial reporting and matters affecting the private equity funds, such as overseeing its fund administrators, aiding in the coordination of financial audits, and managing daily accounting functions for distressed real estate funds and alternative investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Northlight Capital Partners, Mr. Grajeda spent four years working in fund administration and was responsible for fund accounting and financial reporting for asset managers specializing in venture capital investments and fund-of-funds portfolios.

               Mr. Grajeda holds a B.S. in Finance from Western Connecticut State University.
