Mr. Mysliwiec is the Chief Financial Officer of Northlight Capital Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and internal fund accounting. Mr. Mysliwiec is also responsible for overseeing the activities of the fund administrator, external auditors and tax attorneys.

Prior to joining Northlight Capital Partners, from 2010 to 2015, Mr. Mysliwiec was a Senior Finance Manager at GE Asset Management, the roughly $120 Billion investment management arm of GE, where his responsibility included accounting oversight and operation functions for GE Pension Trust’s $7B Private Equity and Hedge Fund Portfolios.Prior to GE, Mr. Mysliwiec worked at Citi Private Equity Services and Midwood Securities.

Mr. Mysliwiec holds a BS in accounting from Hunter College, a BA from the University of Economics in Krakow and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
