Kamal Patel is a Director of Asset Management at Northlight Capital Partners. He is responsible for the oversight and management of significant portions of the firm’s commercial real estate loan portfolios and is directly involved with the management of several of the firm’s REO assets. Additionally, Mr. Patel aids in underwriting real estate and commercial loan portfolios.

Prior to joining NCP, Mr. Patel worked as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group. In his past positions, Patel worked as a Financial Analyst managing relationships in distressed portfolios of commercial real estate loans and oversaw creative restructuring, management and underwriting of impaired credits.

Mr. Patel holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
