Mr. Montefiore is a Senior Fund Accountant at Northlight Capital Partners. He is responsible for financial reporting matters, compliance, and portfolio valuation of private equity funds including overseeing fund administrators, coordinating financial audits, assisting month and quarterly closes, and providing financial analysis for distressed real estate assets and credit funds, including alternative investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Northlight Capital Partners, Mr. Montefiore worked for 4 years at Reynolds + Rowella, LLP (2021-2025) as an audit associate, where his responsibility included assisting in the preparation of financial statements for financial services companies.

                                                                             Mr. Montefiore holds both a BS and MS in Accounting from Fairfield University.
