Ms. Grenoble is a Director of Business and Strategic Development at Northlight Capital Partners. Her responsibilities primarily include counter-party relationship management, fundraising, new deal underwriting and due diligence. She manages multiple residential and commercial real estate projects in the Western United States and assists in working out real estate loans. 

Prior to her current role at NCP, Alex worked as a Senior Associate, Associate and Intern at Northlight Capital Partners.

Ms. Grenoble holds a B.B.A. in International Business with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
